CODE SENSE TECHNOLOGIES / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you browse our website or get in touch.
Effective and last updated:
Submitting an enquiry sends your details to us for a response. The form uses an essential security cookie and private hosting storage; hosting and font services also handle technical requests.
01
Who we are and what this policy covers
Code Sense Technologies operates codesensetech.com, including its www address, to introduce our software products and development services. This policy explains personal information handled in connection with this website and enquiries sent to us through the contact details published here.
This is a website privacy policy. It does not describe the permissions or data practices of individual applications such as CallTrack 24, Renew Radar, or customer ERP and CRM deployments. Product-specific notices and contractual arrangements apply to those services where provided. This website policy should not be treated as an app permissions or call-recording policy.
02
Information involved when you use the website
- Enquiry fields: your name, email address, optional phone and company name, the product or service you choose, your message, request type, timeline, and your consent to a response.
- Direct enquiries: if you email or call us, the contact information and information you choose to share, such as your email address, name, phone number, message, and attachments.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, request times, browser or device details, error information, and security events to deliver and protect the website.
Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, government identity documents, or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
03
What happens when you submit an enquiry
Clicking “Send enquiry” or “Request a demo” sends your form answers securely to our website server. We save the request in private hosting storage outside the public website folder and attempt to send an email notification to our business inbox. The confirmation reference means the request was saved; it does not promise a meeting or guarantee email delivery.
The form uses an essential session cookie to check that submissions originate from our website. We also keep short-lived, one-way hashes of connection IP addresses for abuse rate limits. The form does not deliberately save your answers in browser local storage. Your browser may retain fields through its own autofill or session features.
You can also call or email directly. Clicking an email or phone link opens the relevant application; you choose whether to send a message or make a call.
04
How we use information you send us
We use information you submit or choose to send directly to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, arrange discussions, prepare proposals, manage an agreed business relationship, and address support or privacy requests.
Technical information is used to operate the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and investigate security issues. We may also retain or disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law or address a legal claim. We do not use the project brief form for advertising profiling, and we do not sell enquiry information.
05
Hosting, fonts, cookies, and external services
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Its infrastructure may handle technical information, logs, and essential security mechanisms, including browser checks or security cookies. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for information about its practices.
The website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font servers, which involves technical request information such as your IP address and browser headers. See Google’s explanation of font privacy.
We have not installed advertising pixels or a visitor analytics service in the website application. Hosting security features and your browser can operate independently of the website code. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential mechanisms may affect access.
Our email and communication providers process enquiries that you choose to send. External sites, your phone service, and your email application have their own privacy practices. Providers may process information outside your state or country.
07
Retention and security
Server copies of form enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, with cleanup occurring when new enquiries arrive. Email copies and enquiries received by other direct communication are retained for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable agreement; we do not state a fixed retention period for every enquiry.
We use HTTPS for the website and take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No website, email channel, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting and communications providers manage their own logs and retention arrangements.
08
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without completing the enquiry form and choose what to include when contacting us. For information you have sent to us, contact letstalk@codesensetech.com to request access, correction, deletion, or to raise a privacy concern.
Where processing depends on your consent, you may ask to withdraw it. We will review requests under applicable law and explain any need to retain particular records. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your information. Legal rights and available remedies depend on the law applicable to the processing.
09
Children’s information
This website is directed at business customers and people enquiring about our products and services. It is not designed to collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information to us can contact us to request review and appropriate deletion.
Any learning product used by children requires its own product-specific privacy and access arrangements; this website notice does not establish those arrangements.
10
Updates to this policy
We will update this page if website features or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide an additional notice or seek consent for a relevant change.
